Describe:

KWAD, KNSP and KKWS are very interested and concerned about the future of broadcasting. In the past year we have provided training for 2 high school students and 1 college student.  The training includes board operation, training in our production facilities to create news, weather and sportscasts.  The individuals are trained to take transmitter readings to be sure we are in compliance with regulations.  The training gives individuals an insight into our industry and provides a stepping stone for advancement at our stations or stations in other communities.
