There are many examples I can use on how we collectively help one another out. This Facebook post I recently saw might be most appropriate considering the weather conditions our area Farmers have had to endure.
America's farmers are not what some people think.

That’s tough enough, but when life deals unexpected tragedy, or hardships, well that’s when you really find out who your friends are. Just over a month ago I was in a pretty rough Motorcycle accident. My wife and I are still overwhelmed with the generosity that many of our friends have showed us. So when I saw this post it hit home to me, not because of what I went through, but rather the kindness that our neighbors display daily right here where we live, work, and play. Our Farming families matter..alot, and my hat goes off to this young farmer who took time away to help his friend. If you ate good today, thank a Farmer…..If you ate in peace, thank a Soldier!
