The NSIC has announced their end of season baseball awards which features numerous, former Park Region Conference standouts.
Parkers Prairie alum Alex Koep was named NSIC Baseball Pitcher of the Year. He finished the season with a 7-1 record and a 2.54 ERA, tallying 75 strikeouts and only 29 walks.
Wadena-Deer Creek alum Josh Dykhoff was named NSIC Baseball Freshman of the Year. He finished the season hitting .339, with 53 runs scored, 14 doubles, 14 home runs, and 48 RBI.

In addition to POTY honors, Koep landed on the NSIC All-Conference First Team. He was joined by teammate, fellow pitcher, and Wadena-Deer Creek alum Jake Dykhoff.
In addition to FOTY honors, Josh Dykhoff landed on the NSIC All-Conference Second Team. He was joined by Southwest Minnesota State pitcher and Sebeka alum Kolby Kiser.
