Topless Sunbather Vows To Return To Duluth Public Beach

A Minnesota woman who swims topless in Lake Superior is vowing to return to the beach after police were called on her. Michelle Bennett was sunbathing topless on the beach in Duluth, last month when a woman asked Bennett to cover up, saying she was making her children uncomfortable. Bennett refused, so the woman called police. An officer approach Bennett, and the two discussed Minnesota’s indecent exposure law. Bennett did not receive a citation but did put on a shirt.
