Verndale Lions Club To Host 15th Annual Prime Rib and Comedy Night

VERNDALE, Minn.– The Verndale Lions Club is promising the funniest night of your life and a great meal later this month.

The organization’s 15th Annual Prime Rib & Comedy Night will take place on February 19 at the Verndale Community Center. A social hour will start at 6 p.m. with a meal served at 7 p.m. and a comedy performance will take place at 8 p.m.

Headlining the night of laughs will be stand-up comedian Frank Roche. The Detroit native features a fast-paced act and some celebrity impressions. Roche has performed on numerous stages across the county, including shows like NBC’s “America’s Got Talent” and was the winner of Comedy Central’s “Michigan Comedy Survivor.”

Lions members are encouraging people to buy tickets early because a limited amount is available. Tickets are $40 each and are available at the Pirates Den in Verndale. You can also buys them from any Lions member or by calling 218-445-5109.
