Well the Vikings released their Injury Report for this week and Adam Thielen will not play.
If you saw the game against Detroit last weekend you probably were holding your breath like me after yet another amazing catch that we’ve come used to seeing by the Detroit Lakes native. Vikings head coach Mike Zimmer told reporters on Tuesday that Thielen is “improving fast” so hopefully his hamstring injury doe not keep him out of the line up much longer.
With the Vikes playing a Thursday night game, he will have a chance to rest until they are back in action on Nov 3rd. The Washington Redskins are struggling so far this year at 1-6 and have already fired head coach Jay Gruden. We learned last year not to get too optimistic because Buffalo was also struggling and came to Minnesota and put up a W on the Vikings…one game at a time right?
