I have to admit, I usually don”t give this as much thought. But with the 4th of July right around the corner next week, I found myself wondering what I might cook for the 4th of July.
For me, it’s probably a couple of items.
Ribs and chicken? That’s a pair I’ve gotten fairly good with over the years. But let’s face it, from hot dogs to burgers, brats, steaks, injected turkey or pork, grilling with family and friends over the 4th celebrating America’s Independence has to be thee grilling event of the year.
Having said that, grilling may not be for everybody. This holiday is one I found myself pondering even more when it comes to the grilling options I have. So my message to my wonderful Green Egg is “get ready”.
