In a twist sweeter than a swirl cone on a summer day, the Wadena Dairy Queen has announced they officially added chocolate soft serve to its menu — and the radio DJs everywhere are rejoicing.

“Holy crap”, said Corey Tackmann, Superstation K106 morning show host, when he heard the news.

“We now have Chocolate soft serve!” the Wadena Dairy Queen announced on Facebook on Tuesday. “Stop in for a Chocolate or Twist cone or ask to substitute Chocolate in any treat!”

Your Choco Brownie Extreme Blizzard not chocolatey enough? Problem solved. Want a chocolate-dipped chocolate cone? Easy. A double chocolate Peanut Buster parfait? No problem.

The upgrade brings Wadena’s Dairy Queen in line with other locations that already offer chocolate soft serve, and it’s safe to say this move is a hit. Customers have been lining up for a taste, and many are already calling it a game-changer.
