WADENA, Minn. (KWAD) — On Thursday, July 31, 2025, Dairy Queen fans in Wadena and across the country can turn their sweet tooth into a force for good during Miracle Treat Day.

For every Blizzard Treat purchased at participating DQ® locations, $1 or more will be donated to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, directly supporting local children’s hospitals—including Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare in Minnesota. These donations fund critical treatments, research, and services that help children facing serious health challenges.

Since 1984, Miracle Treat Day has been a celebration of community support and compassion. Over the years, millions of dollars have been raised across the U.S. and Canada, all going toward life-saving care and family-centered services. This year’s proceeds will once again stay local, helping kids in the area receive the care they deserve.
