DETROIT LAKES, Minn (KWAD) — WE Fest, America’s biggest country music and camping festival, is ready to kick off the next chapter of its storied history with a major announcement.

Festival organizers say the 2026 lineup will be unveiled Monday, Sept. 22, revealing the artists who will join confirmed headliner Lainey Wilson at Soo Pass Ranch in Detroit Lakes Aug. 6–8, 2026.

The 2025 edition of WE Fest drew 30,000 fans each night, thanks to fresh additions like the Trading Post Stage, which expanded the festival to four stages, the Neon Saloon – a rustic, high-energy new hangout, and the Upper Grandstand Deck – redesigned to include a private bar and lounge.

Festival officials say these upgrades set the tone for a bigger, more immersive experience in 2026.

Beyond music, WE Fest continues to invest in Detroit Lakes and surrounding communities. This year, $81,282 was distributed to 19 local nonprofit organizations, the Paint WE Fest Blue campaign honored military, police, and first responders, raising $7,600 for the Detroit Lakes Fire Department., and a new Ranch Hands Recycle program encouraged campers to collect cans, leading to a $1,800 donation to Boy Scout Troop 674.

Fans eager to lock in their summer plans won’t have to wait long after the reveal: tickets, camping, and add-on experiences go on sale Tuesday, Sept. 23, at 9 a.m. CST at wefest.com.
