
STAPLES, Minn. — The Staples Area Men’s Chorus is set to raise the rafters once again as the 22nd Annual “Real Men Sing! Real Men Sing Jr.!” choral festival returns on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at the Staples-Motley High School Legacy Gym.
This annual event brings together male singers from across the region — from middle school voices to seasoned adult performers — for a full day of workshops, rehearsals, and musical collaboration. The result: one unforgettable evening filled with harmony, energy, and inspiration.
Under the direction of guest conductors Dr. Isaac Lovdahl, Director of Choral Activities at Bemidji State University, and Mr. Paul Hartmann, Choral Director at Hancock High School, the festival promises to showcase the power of men’s voices united in song.
Sponsored by the bthis event continues a proud local tradition of encouraging young men to embrace vocal music and community performance. The festival’s mission is to inspire the next generation of singers while celebrating the joy of music and brotherhood.
