Each year, WDC honors our Veteran’s on Veteran’s Day with a breakfast and a Community Program. This year’s breakfast, sponsored the the WDC Student Council, is on Tuesday, November 11 at 8:00am in the Middle/High School Commons. The Community Veteran’s Day Program is at 9:30am in the Middle/High School Commons.
PERHAM
Perham High School Invites you to their Veteran’s Day Program on Tuesday, November 11 at 9:00am. Special guests include Local Post 4020, Kaisone Ithivongkham- Chief Warrant Officer 2, Army National Guard, and Mitch Kiehne- Active Duty Army, Blackhawk Helicopter Repairman and Crew-Chief Door-Gunner. There is a breakfast for active military and veterans at 8:00am.
VERNDALE
Verndale Public School would like to invite all veterans, active service members, and community members to their annual Veteran’s Day Program on Tuesday, November 11 at 9:30am. Join as they come together to honor and remember the brave men and women who have served our country through song, student tributes, and words of gratitude. Your presence is deeply appreciated as students express their thanks for your courage and sacrifice.
NEW YORK MILLS
New York Mills Public School invites you to honor, salute, and thank the past and present men and women who have served our country for their Veteran’s Day Program on Tuesday, November 11 at 10:00am in the New York Mills School Auditorium. Sponsored by VFW Post 3289 and Auxiliary, and New York Mills Public School.
Pizza Ranch and FunZone Arcade in Wadena is ready to honor those who’ve served our country. On Tuesday, November 11, all veterans and active-duty military can enjoy a free buffet. It’s their way of expressing gratitude to the brave men and women who’ve dedicated their lives to protecting our freedom.
Wadena VFW Post 3922 will host a Veteran’s Day Dinner and Program on Tuesday, November 11. There is a free dinner for all veterans and one guest plus live patriotic music. The meal will be served from 5:00-6:30pm. The program and music begins at 7:00pm.
