Get ready for a toe-tappin’ good time at the Wadena Memorial Auditorium!
Join us for what’s sure to be a fantastic evening of music, community, and a touch of good ol’ Opry-style fun on January 10, 2026, brought to you by the Wadena Area Chamber of Commerce. We’ve got a stellar lineup of jazz, country, harmony, and a headliner that’ll blow the roof off this place — but in a respectful, city-approved kind of way.
It’s an evening of fun and entertainment you don’t want to miss! Start the evening with open-mic performances from area talent while you bid on silent auction items. Then take your seat and get ready for a great show! The WDC Jazz Ensemble will kick things off, followed by Brothers in Harmony, Lydia Rose and her dad Joe Christensen and finally taking the stage to close the evening, we welcome Aaron Simmons! Nobody will be home in Wadena, because they will all be at the Wadena Memorial Auditorium!

Review and bid on silent auction items when doors open at 5:00 PM. Bids will close when Aaron Simmons takes the stage. Winning bids will be announced at the end of the performance.

Why You Should Attend
Unique Performance: Each performance brings its own style and flair. Opry at the Auditorium combines jazz, country and harmony to please a variety of musical tastes.
Historic Atmosphere: The show takes place in the Wadena Memorial Auditorium. A historic facility with seating for more than 750 is a cultural and historic landmark that has been restored in the Art Deco style of the early 1930s. It serves as a center for the performing arts, hosting various community events and performances.
Support Rural Arts and Businesses: By attending, you support live performance and cultural enrichment in rural Minnesota. Proceeds from the evening will be used to expand future entertainment opportunities to increase traffic to Wadena and bolster success of businesses and the community.

About Brothers in Harmony
Brothers In Harmony is a quartet of brothers who grew up in Menahga. They began singing together in 1980, when the tenor, Darren, was 10 years old. He still sings tenor, having maintained his high register. Bruce, the Lead, is a chiropractor in Waite Park. Tim, the Baritone, is a former music teacher who has directed several barbershop choruses. Tom the Bass, recently retired after 40+ years at Greenwood Connections in Menahga.
The quartet has performed in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin.

About Aaron Simmons
