Here is what Wadena-Deer Creek head girls basketball coach Jordan Cresap had to say about Payton’s performance last week.

“Payton has had a tremendous start to the season for us. In last week’s games she averaged 19.5 PPG and 17 RPG. She has really been pushing herself out of her comfort zone and we appreciate her relentless efforts and constant, impactful leadership.”
