NEW YORK MILLS, Minn.– A fall tradition continues this week in New York Mills.
New York Mills Education Foundation is hosting their 13th annual New York Mills Community Carnival on Friday at the school to raise money for students in the NYM area.
The carnival will go from 4-7 p.m. and a supper will be held as well. Brining this event in for another year is the New York Mills Education Foundation and Parent Nest (PTO). Proceeds from the carnival will be used for the NYM School District to enhance student learning and experiences.
There will be games for all ages at the carnival. That includes 20 games, inflatables, caricature drawings, and a balloon twister. A silent auction will take place, along with a raffle from 4-6:45 p.m. with the drawing taking place at 7 p.m. from the Sports Center at the NYM School.
In the event of bad weather, the carnival will be postponed to Monday, November 25. Follow the New York Mills Community Carnival Facebook page for updates.
