Dog Obedience Class To Take Place Monday

WADENA, Minn.– Those who are in need of training their family dog are in luck.

Obedience and socialization classes for the family dog will be held on Monday, April 25 at 8:30 p.m. from the Wadena County 4-H building at the Wadena County Fairgrounds.

Those organizing the class say any dog can be trained in the basics of obedience regardless of age. They add that now is a good time to have your dog learn socialization skills with other dogs and their handlers. Along with helping to teach your pooch on how to behave and listen to both voice and leash commands by using treats as positive reinforcement.
