WADENA, Minn.– The Wadena Area Chamber of Commerce kicked off their new “Music In BN Park” Series last week. The series opened with Moorhead singer/songwriter Rick Adams at Burlington Northern Park in Wadena.

Here is the upcoming schedule for Music In BN Park:

• Thursday, July 11 – Caleigh, a Bemidji-based folk/Celtic/bluegrass trio
• Thursday, July 18 – Darren Quam, a Battle Lake singer/guitarist
• Thursday, August 8 – Wadena area band Pier Country

Music in BN Park is completely free. That’s thanks to a grant from Five Wings Art Council. Those with the Wadena Area Chamber of Commerce encourage music enjoyers in the area to bring your lawn chairs and enjoy a fabulous evening of live music from 6-7:30 p.m. at BN Park each of those days. Food trucks will also be there for dinner and a show.
