St. Paul, Minn. (8/11/26)— As more Americans reach older adulthood, the importance of supporting lifelong health and wellbeing continues to grow. Each September, Healthy Aging Month shines a spotlight on the opportunities that come with aging and encourages people to take steps toward a vibrant, fulfilling life. Healthy aging recognizes the value of nurturing physical, emotional, social, financial, and spiritual wellness at every stage.

The University of Minnesota Extension invites anyone who is aging and those who support older adults to visit https://z.umn.edu/HAM2026 to access resources and register for over 30 free webinars covering topics such as:

●       Financial health, estate planning and fraud protection

●       Mental wellbeing and brain health

●       Nutrition and food safety

●       Physical safety and independent living

●       Relationship and community building

Our minds and bodies undergo countless changes as we age, but embracing a healthy lifestyle can help us navigate through these transformations with grace and vigor.
