In the latest insight, we chat with Bertha-Hewitt Sports Boosters President Missy Beyatt.

Beyatt shares information about two burger bashes the sports boosters is putting on to raise funds for community projects. Including one this Saturday in Eagle Bend.

Saturday’s burger bash will be held at Nelson Park in Eagle Bend from 4:30-7:30 p.m. On the menu are hamburgers and cheeseburgers with fries and water for $10 a basket. All of the proceeds from the event Saturday will go toward the Nelson Park Splash Pad Project.

Another burger bash will be held October 8 in Hewitt from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Hewitt Community Center. B-H Sports Boosters is also doing a caramel apple fundraiser, more information can be found by talking with a sports booster or B-H athlete.
