New York Mills is hosting a summer reading challenge that began on June 1st 

There are many different events throughout this summer.

• Puppet Show: Join Schiffelly Puppets for an action packed, laugh out loud fub show for the whole entire family! Fun Family event! Free and open to all ages! preregistration requested. • Puzzle Competition: See how quickly you can complete a 36-piece puzzle! All ages prizes for top finishers.
• Summer Reading Challenge: Red 30 Minutes a day and earn prizes! All ages! Earn up to 5 Prizes June-July- August.
• Summer Reading fun for Everyone: Check out books, DVDs, play games, puzzles, scavenger hunts, and take & make crafts.
• Summer Programs: A variety of programs throughout the summer: June 16- Lego Club @1:30-2:30 pm: Ages 5+, families welcome. July 7: Solar Energy @1-2 pm, teens. July 14- Playdough Storytime @10:30-11:30 am: 10 and under and their families. July 21- Lego Club @1:30-2:30 pm: Ages 5+, families welcome. July 28: Seed Art & Mosaics @10:30-11:30 am: Ages 5+ families welcome. August 18- Lego Club @1:30-2:30: Ages 5+, families welcome. Preregistration requested- Call: 2180385-2436.
