Strengths: We have 6 players returning that got to experience a lot of playing time on varsity last year and now know what to expect in terms of how fast and physical the play is.

Keys: We need to value the ball. So, of course limit our turnovers but also work on shot selection.  We will also need to commit to playing better defense. The team gave up 69 points per game last year.

Additional thoughts: I have an excellent coaching staff that works extremely well together. We have 12 players 9-12 grades currently sighed up. Which means a lot of playing time which will be super valuable in the years to come. We will have measurable goals for each game and the season as a whole to monitor our progress. Wins will be tough for us again this year but we will continue to build and work toward developing a competitive program that is also fun to be a part of for the kids.
