Verndale Lions Holding Pork Chop & Corn Dinner Tues.

VERNDALE, Minn.– Those in the Verndale area can swing into town for a good meal tonight.

The Verndale Lions are holding their annual Pork Chop and Sweet Corn Feed tonight at the Verndale Lions Community Center to help out the area.

Meals will be served from 4:30-7 p.m. at the community center. Cost is $12 per person. Included in the meal is pork chops, sweet corn, baked potato, dinner roll, coleslaw, dessert, and a beverage.

Verndale Lions members say proceeds from the event are going towards improving the Verndale community. More information on the local Lions group and tonight’s event can be found on their Facebook page.
