Our latest Wolverine Player of the Week is senior Maddie Packer!

The senior had a great performance at their team’s meet last weekend Bemidji, where she earned a first place finish in the long jump.

Here’s what WDC head track and field coach Marc Reynolds had to say about Maddie’s performance last week,

“Maddie has been a staple for our girls team the last 4-5 years.  She sprints, hurdles, runs relays and long jumps for us.  Maddie always has a great attitude and a smile on her face.  Maddie is one of the best long jumpers we have had at WDC the last ten years and she is looking to continue to improve her personal record of 15′ 7.5″ which sits #8 in our school record book.”
