Our next Wolverine Player Spotlight puts the focus on Ettore Pinnella, a senior on the Wadena-Deer Creek wrestling team! Ettore will compete at the MSHSL Individual State Wrestling Tournament this weekend!

Here is what Wadena-Deer Creek head wrestling coach Brad Wollum had to say about Ettore’s performance all season long.

“Ettore is now a two-time state qualifier at 189lbs. Ettore has wrestled three different weight classes for WDC this season in order to help his team. No matter what weight we put Ettore at, he proved he’s capable of going toe-to-toe with any opponent. We wish him the best of luck at the state tournament!”
