Our next Wolverine Player Spotlight puts the focus on Grant Nelson, a junior on the Wadena-Deer Creek track and field team.

Here is what co-head track and field coach Ryan Damlo had to say about Grant’s performance last week in the most recent episode of Wolverines Weekly.

“To see Grant have that sort of a race against some of the best up here [at the Elite Meet in Fargo] was phenomenal. It wasn’t even his best performance and that’s okay because [he will] have subs and sections coming at the end of the month!”
