Our next Wolverine Player Spotlight puts the focus on McKenna Brauch, a junior on the WDC girls wrestling team!

Here is what Wadena-Deer Creek head wrestling coach Brad Wollum had to say about McKenna’s performance last week.

“McKenna is currently on a hot streak as she heads into the home stretch of the season. She was recently the Outstanding Wrestler at the Army National Guard Prowler Invite in Thief River Falls and went undefeated at the MWCA Girls State Team Championships.

Also, McKenna has surpassed her 50th career win and is closing in on her 50th career pin! McKenna is doing all the right things inside and outside of the wrestling room. Keep it up, McKenna! ”
