Our next Wolverine Player Spotlight puts the focus on Montana Carsten, a junior on the WDC girl’s basketball team!

Here is what Wadena-Deer Creek head girl’s basketball coach Jordan Cresap had to say about Montana’s performance last week.

“Montana is well deserving of the Wolverine Player Spotlight. She has been shooting incredibly well, hitting 18 threes in her last 4 games. Not only has she been scoring, but she’s also been taking on the challenge of guarding some really good players. Her competitiveness is what we will continue to need going forward, and it’s great to see her playing with so much confidence!”
