Our next Wolverine Player Spotlight puts the focus on Teshe Loer, a senior on the WDC boy’s basketball team!

Teshe scored his 1,000th career point over the weekend when he totalled 22 points Saturday against East Grand Forks.

Here is what Wadena-Deer Creek head boy’s basketball coach Kevin Tumberg had to say about Teshe’s performance last week.

“Big congratulations to Teshe for reaching the 1,000 point milestone.  He has worked hard throughout his career to improve his game and it’s fun to see that hard work pay off.  Teshe has been someone that has been able to take over games for us this year, not just with scoring, but with managing the game and controlling the basketball.  Keep up the good work!”
